You can manually update USI transcripts yourself using your avs.ncver.edu.au account. Updating in bulk is not possible, and NCVER have no date for this feature to be available. If anything it encourages RTOs to improve their AVETMISS Data reporting to not be in this situation. However there may be situations where you are in this predicament.
CourseSales.com offers this service, it is:
- Quoted on a per delivery basis
- Semi-autonomous using both a person and automation tools
- Uses AVETMISS files that you supply
- Is performed with permission - you add us to your account as a user
- Is quicker and more accurate as it does not rely on human entry, which is prone to error.
- Does not require you to use CourseSales.com as a student management system (though doing so makes the process easier and less expensive)

Example fees
Scenario 1: Adding units to student records
An RTO accidentally missed reporting 100 students and each of their 3 units. USIs have been validated for all students, and the data is available in NAT files. There is a list of client identifiers for those students that need the units to be added. This is 300 units, which would most likely take about 6 hours of data entry at its quickest, and not have a validation of the accuracy of the data. The fee for this service was $400+GST
Scenario 2: Replacing units
An RTO has accidentally given 1500 students the wrong unit. USIs have been validated for all students, and the data is available in NAT files. There is a list of client identifiers for those students that need the units to be replaced. This is 1500 units, which would most likely take about 30 hours of data entry at its quickest, and not have a validation of the accuracy of the data. The fee for this service was $900+GST
