AVETMISS NAT file Error Database

Select your NAT file and then your error number to get instructions of how to fix these.

If a student/enrolment is not appearing in the data look for the following:

  • The document is 'registered'
  • That the document has outcomes on at least one document topic on the document
  • That the document has end dates on the document topic that fall within the reporting period
  • That the course module linked on the topics are filled in correctly with the necessary AVETMISS data ie scheduled hours, Subject Identifier and VET Flag.
  • That the course date falls within the reporting year, with start and end dates within that reporting year. Exception to this is when processing govt funded reports)
  • That the course date has a status of "completed". Exception to this is when processing govt funded reports)
