Help I keep getting logged out of coursesales.com

Do you notice that you are regularly being logged out of coursesales.com? Then could could be the reason: Visiting public pages will automatically log you out of your administration pages. This is a security feature - if someone is visiting the website they are logged in automatically as a ‘public’ user - this gives them limited privileges. when you visit that page you are logged out and logged into the site as a public user.

For example to send a trainer an email he or she must have the role trainer and be linked to the course master or course date. Links, What they are and how they work

In CourseSales.com some records can be linked, for example People can be linked to a course master, so that emails come from or get sent to those people who have the specified role. PDFs can be linked to emails so that the PDF is attached to the email when it is sent to the recipient. Linking is a non-permanent way to relate one aspect of CourseSales.com to another. Links are infact the only think that you can ‘remove’ or ‘delete’ from CourseSales.
