The following is the screen you will see at login

And the following you will see if you have forgotten your password

It is recommended that you ensure your mobile number is set up in your Login, as half your password will be sent to your mobile as an SMS number, and the other half will be sent to your email address.

Data Required on the Login record

Resetting the password triggers an email of a password portion to the user’s address in their Login record. Then another portion is sent via an SMS using the mobile number registered in the Login record. Combined these form the complete password.

Note:

  • You must have your mobile number recorded on your login details, in the correct format eg. “61424240684” for Australia; 61 is the Australia country code, not the ‘0’ is missing from the number ie NOT 61(0)424240684

  • Your password will be supplied in uppercase characters.
