Setup an Email Observer Account

To keep track of all emails sent from it is recommended that you have another email account that is BCC’ed on all communication.

  1. Set up an account with your email provider, eg. gmail

  2. Add a user ‘observer’ that includes that email address

  3. Create an ‘observer’ role (in Options)

  4. Edit and then link that user to the ‘observer’ role

  5. Link all course masters to the observer role

  6. Edit all process rules (Automation>Process rules>edit) so that the BCC includes the ‘observer’ role for all emails
