The appearance of Notes in the sidebar has been greatly improved. You may now edit recent notes. There is a new Note search feature, enabling you to search Note text and authors.

The iCal implementation in Process Rules worked in simple circumstances; these changes deal with a variety of more complex circumstances - such as handling of extra long course and venue names

Enhancements to Support Tickets: a new alert on the top left when there are ticket updates for you, easier to add new tickets

New icons in the ribbon, and new field tooltips.
