Search type 1

Free text search on documents - including names, email addresses and notes

Optionally constrained by date range (date of course or date document was received or updated)

Optionally constrained by course type and / or provider

Search type 2

Search by next action - look for work assigned to a particular person

Search type 3

• Search by process step - look for documents at one or more process steps

• Optionally constrained by sales agent
