Practically how does this work?

If we are to communicate with your customers you can either select certain hours for us to be available - and we charge you for those hours, otherwise you forward calls to us, and as we take them we charge you in 15 minute increments. You can use CourseSales.com to log requests - and we can estimate the time to be taken, and use that ticketing system to keep you informed and track work progress. Arrangements can be customised for the client, however we can also give you standard guidance about how we work with others.
